Our company believes in quality at an affordable price. We pride ourselves on our laid-back, beach/tropical style theme that is based in Southern California. We test the jewelry’s quality to ensure its structural integrity for often and daily use. We use many materials that are considered to be delicate and some even fragile. Please take caution with the jewelry. Avoid exposing it to any harsh chemicals or environments that could cause damage. If you would like guidelines, or if you are curious about jewelry care, please contact us. We can offer suggestions or information if you have any issues/concerns.
Shipping & Handling:
Within 2 business days (not including weekends) will packages will be shipped out. We use USPS standard shipping with tracking number. Insurance will be added on purchases above $100USD or more.
Return policy:
To request a return - Please message via Contact. Fill out the form and we will get back to you within one to two business days.
Overview on Return Policy:
Full Refund - (customers must pay for return shipping and handling) = ten or less business days since the delivery date.
We will not accept merchandise beyond ten business days since the delivery date.
We will not accept any returns if damaged, altered in any way, or if it is past its return deadline mark since the date of delivery.
Repair Policy:
We believe in the integrity to ensuring your satisfaction. Should any of your purchases need a repair, please contact us at sdrocksnstuff@gmail.com. The repair policy can vary depending on the issue. SD Rocks ‘N Stuff staff is able to repair most things but not all. We are unable to repair damaged gems, certain seashells due their one-of-a-kind features and certain custom designs.
